Shipping policy

Pickup

We currently offer local pickup for all orders. After placing your order, you can pick it up at our location: 200 Alsweed Rd, DeFuniak Springs, Florida, 32433, during our designated pickup hours.

• Pickup Hours: Orders can be picked up between 7am and 8pm (e.g., Tuesday after 2 p.m., Thursday after 2 p.m.).

• If you need your order earlier, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping

Currently, we are not offering delivery. All orders are for local pickup only.

Order Processing Time

• We process orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Orders placed by 9pm on Monday can be picked up on Tuesday, or any day thereafter, and orders placed by 9pm on Wednesday can be picked up on Thursday or any day thereafter.

• You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Charges

As we currently only offer pickup and do not ship products, there are no shipping charges associated with orders. However, if we begin offering delivery in the future, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
